I am a fitness graduate assistant with the Department of Wellness at Oklahoma State University. I am earning my M.S. in Leisure Studies. I am also NIRSA's current Oklahoma State Student Leader.
I obtained my B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Business A at Western Kentucky University. I believe campus recreation plays an essential role in the development of the student body as well as the faculty, staff, and community of the respective institution. I aim to fulfill my role as a fitness professional in this field to help others achieve their personal goals and strive to achieve true health and wellness.
